We are very excited to announce our partnership with In2Africa Distribution. In2Africa specialize in setting up sustainable distribution and sales channels for global footwear, fashion and lifestyle brands for the African market. Today the founders of in2Africa agreed to an exciting new partnership with action change by contributing to sustainable projects that are tackling the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals

PROVIDING LONG TERM SUSTAINABILITY

The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals are key to our future. We should all work together and act today to ensure a sustainable future for our children on this planet. To find out more about the goals watch this video.

In2Africa is committed to sustainable development in all their operations. Working across Africa the founders of in2Africa wanted to support local projects that reach their customer base however they also want to ensure that projects are aligned to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals to ensure a longer term sustainable strategy. in2Africa selected Action Change as their partner because of their philosophy of empowering local communities to become self-sufficient.

COLLABORATION AT COMMUNITY LEVEL IS KEY

Action Change is committed to collaborating with small grass root projects supporting them so that they are able to develop and grow in a sustainable way. Action Change is really excited to work with in2Africa and feel confident that with their dedication and support that 2021 is going to be an extremely positive year for Action Change partners and projects with sustainable strategies across Africa.

UNEMPLOYMENT IS THE GREATEST THREAT TO SUB SAHARAN AFRICA

According to the World Economic Forum the number one challenge Africa faces today is unemployment and the most sustainable way to address this challenge is by providing access to education and professional development. Which is why Action Change and In2Africa have set their sights on supporting education in Africa for this year.

EQUAL ACCESS TO EDUCATION IS THE FIRST STEP

Initially In2Africa will be supporting several education facilities in Africa including funding a school in Kenya that educates over 280 students and provides a free school meal, often the only meal of the day for these children. They will also provide school supplies for another school in Africa to educate 100 children for the full academic year in 2021. As the partnership grows over the next few months we have plans to help distribute support to our women empowerment programs, enterprise programs and our environmental conservation programs. If you would like to get involved in the work we are doing across the continent this year you can assist us by enhancing our impact by donating.
